2. Information collected
Zevalios may collect the information you submit through the enquiry form or by email, including your name, business email, company, role, telephone number, selected service areas and message. Netlify processes technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site. If Netlify Web Analytics is enabled, server-log data such as Internet Protocol address, requested page, referrer, timestamp, device or browser category and approximate location may be processed to produce private, aggregated traffic metrics. The analytics dashboard does not identify visitors by name.

Email and other business systems may also process information on Zevalios’s behalf. Providers may process data outside Ireland or the European Economic Area. Where required, Zevalios will rely on an applicable transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards.
6. Retention
Unsuccessful or preliminary enquiries are generally retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain an appropriate record and address follow-up, normally no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is justified. Engagement records may be retained for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for applicable legal, accounting, insurance and limitation periods.
Server-side analytics data, if enabled, is retained and made available according to the Netlify service configuration and applicable provider terms. Zevalios uses it for aggregate website measurement rather than to build named visitor profiles.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
8. Security and confidentiality
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information. No internet transmission is completely secure. Do not submit confidential, privileged, special-category or highly sensitive information through the initial enquiry form.
