Website Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 July 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern use of the Zevalios website. They do not constitute consultancy engagement terms and do not apply to a separate client engagement, which will be governed by a written agreement.

2. Website information

The material on this website is general information about Zevalios and its services. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice based on the relevant facts and jurisdiction.

3. No engagement created

Visiting the website, submitting an enquiry, receiving preliminary comments or attending an initial discussion does not create a client, fiduciary, legal-adviser or consultancy relationship. A consultancy relationship begins only when the relevant parties enter a separate written agreement.

4. Permitted use

You may view, print or save reasonable extracts for your own internal and non-commercial evaluation. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the website or its content without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Zevalios name, logo, website design, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Zevalios. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Availability and security

Zevalios does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. You must not interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or use the contact form for spam, unlawful or abusive communications.

7. External links

External links are provided for context or convenience. Zevalios does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zevalios excludes liability arising from reliance on general website content, temporary unavailability, external websites or unauthorised use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The Irish courts will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.

10. Contact

Questions may be sent to yash@zevalios.com.
